Equipment warranty
Our equipment is backed by manufacturer warranties, generally ranging from 12 to 24 months depending on the product. Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorised repairs, or consumable wear.

Warranty claims must be made by the original purchaser within the warranty period. We may request proof of purchase and supporting evidence such as photos. Upon assessment, products may be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Australian consumer law.
