Returns and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Livestock Health Systems Australia – Equipment Sales.

We aim to provide high-quality products and service. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before purchasing.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused;

  • in original condition;

  • in its original packaging where applicable; and

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund, exchange or store credit.

Change-of-mind returns

We are not required to provide a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, no longer need the item, ordered the wrong item, or found a cheaper option elsewhere.

At our discretion, we may accept a change-of-mind return if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Used items

We do not accept returns for items that have been used, trialled, fitted to livestock, used for a photo shoot, event, demonstration, or any other one-off purpose.

Items returned with signs of use, wear, soiling, odour, damage, missing packaging, or missing components may be refused or may only be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • custom or special order items;

  • items that have been used;

  • items not in original condition;

  • items damaged due to misuse, neglect, incorrect storage, or lack of proper care;

  • items returned outside the 14-day return period; and

  • items purchased for one-off use, including photo shoots, events or demonstrations.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please provide:

  • your order number;

  • a brief description of the issue; and

  • clear photos showing the fault, damage or incorrect item.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
