Shipping policy

 

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We use Australia Post and trusted courier partners to deliver throughout Australia. Deliveries typically take 3–8 business days depending on the location. Express shipping is unavailable. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

International shipping
International shipping is available for selected products. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and local customs processes. All international orders are sent with tracking. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Delivery issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

Local pickup
Local pickup from Bendigo, Victoria, may be available for selected orders by appointment. Please contact us to arrange pickup after placing your order.

Pre-order or backorder items
If you order an item marked as pre-order or backorder, you will be notified of the expected dispatch date. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be shipped separately at our discretion.
